Cancellation Policy Registration
The request for cancellation must be submitted by email to the ND2025 Technical Secretariat (Cevents). You can reach us by sending an email to ilsconf2025madrid@cevents.es
Cancellations received before or on September 15, 2025, will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid minus a 25% administrative fee.
Cancellations of registrations received after September 15 will not be entitled to a refund.
